3. What is Covered
Standard Manufacturer Warranty

Extensions by Product Type
- Electronics: 24 months on parts and labor
- Appliances: 24 months parts, 12-24 months labor depending on brands

4. Warranty Exclusions
General Exclusions
- Normal wear of product (batteries, wear parts)
- Accidental damage (falls, shocks, liquids)
- Misuse or non-compliance with instructions
- Modifications or repairs by unauthorized third party
- Aesthetic damage (rayures, décolorations) sans impact fonctionnel
Specific Exclusions
- Consumable products: Batteries, cartridges, wear accessories
- Software and applications (except underlying hardware)

5. Warranty Claim Procedure

Step 2: Product Shipping
- If necessary, we provide prepaid return label
- Return product in original packaging with all accessories

- Expertise delay: 5 to 10 working days after reception

- Replacement by identical or equivalent product
